Your Order and Cancelation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order after a verbal commitment has been made. Once a financial deposit has been made, there is no allowance for a cancelation or refund.

We will stop or retract your invoice no later than 7 days after your clear statement has been made via Email or Phone. You will NOT incur any fees.

Conditions For Returns

Goods and Services are not applicable for returns.

The following Goods cannot be Returned:

• The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above Return conditions in our sole discretion.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
