Each workshop is uniquely designed for the client. Whether you have specific goals in mind, or would like support on crystalizing goals for your group, Samantha will guide the team through a series of meditations, group exercises, and moderated discussions that will strengthen connections, communication, and support of one another's intentions. Workshops may also include journaling prompts, visualization and/or manifestation exercises, as well as take-home rituals and practices to encourage real change.

As we feel and move through our own internal energy shifts, so does the external world. In May 2019, the World Health Organization declared burn-out as "a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress and overwhelm that has not been successfully managed.
It is characterized by three dimensions:
